Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with law firm recruiting departments
- Identify and introduce candidates to satisfy firms’ hiring needs
- Develop and implement creative and effective recruiting strategies
- Utilize and expand geographic knowledge of legal markets in the U.S
- Manage internal CRM and organizational processes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of legal recruiting experience at a search firm or law firm
- Substantive knowledge of BigLaw firms and legal practice areas
- Experience as a legal recruiter
- JD from an accredited law school
- Experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm
