They are seeking a Financial Management Analyst to support program financial operations, ensuring effective budget planning, execution, and reporting in alignment with reputed company financial management processes.
Responsibilities
• Supporting program financial operations, including budget planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensuring effective allocation and tracking of funding
• Supporting mission objectives through accurate financial analysis and compliance with federal budgeting frameworks
• Coordinating closely with program leadership, financial management teams, and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal accountability and mission alignment
Skills
• Strong understanding of DoD financial management processes, including PPBE
• Proficiency in financial forecasting, cost estimation, and budget analysis
• Ability to track and reconcile program funds across multiple funding sources
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities
• Familiarity with congressional budget processes and justification requirements
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution and financial management
• Experience in cost estimation, financial forecasting, and program financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with defense financial management systems
• Experience supporting congressional budget justification processes
• Proven ability to reputed company funding reconciliation and expenditure tracking
• Experience aligning program funding with DoD financial planning processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field or Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in financial management
• Lean Six reputed company Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• reputed company (KM) Certification
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• DAWIA Level II Certification in Financial Management
