As a Financial Actuarial Consultant, you will use your analytical skills to guide account teams and clients in making informed financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze carrier data and provide recommendations to account teams and clients to negotiate rates and funding levels
- Prepare and present financial reports that track expenses, renewal projections, and funding levels
- Review and monitor reports generated by underwriting team members to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist in creating presentations, campaigns, and communication materials for internal teams and clients
- Act as a resource for industry trends and technologies to support account service, new sales, and client growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years within employee benefits field in an underwriting capacity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Math or Finance degree preferred
