The Growth Marketing Lead will own the entire marketing strategy, turning initial interest into customer conversions and building a comprehensive marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
- Figuring out why visitors do or don't start an analysis — and fixing the real bottleneck, not the obvious one
- Turning a small paying base into a growing one
- Finding the channels that actually work for us and going all-in on them
- Building the funnel, the emails, the tracking, the story — from the ground up
- Activating our signed distribution partners so their reach becomes our growth
- Owning the brand voice in a category that doesn't even have a name yet
Skills
- You speak Russian or Ukrainian AND English fluently — this one's non-negotiable, it's how we work together day to day
- You think in experiments, read data honestly, and don't get attached to being right
- You can work alone, take full ownership, and don't need to be managed
