Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dimond Connect is a company in the Health and Personal Care space, seeking a Head of Growth. The role involves owning acquisition channels, managing relationships with agencies, and leading growth initiatives across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with our Meta paid media and creative agency, ensuring campaigns hit ROAS, CAC, and growth targets
- Lead and scale our X affiliate and influencer program across three consumer peptide brands, recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-performing creators
- Build systems that consistently increase affiliate-driven revenue and customer acquisition
- Work closely with agency partners to develop, test, and iterate on new ad creative and messaging
- Build cross-channel performance reporting and surface insights that inform growth strategy and optimization priorities
- Test and scale growth initiatives across paid social, affiliate marketing, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
- Collaborate with founders and internal teams to identify new growth opportunities and launch experiments quickly
Skills
- 3–6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
- Experience managing Meta advertising, either directly or through an agency, with a demonstrated track record improving ROAS and CAC
- Experience building or managing affiliate, ambassador, or influencer programs—particularly on X or creator-led platforms
- Comfortable managing agencies and external partners while holding them accountable to KPIs and deliverables
- Highly analytical and comfortable building reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects across several brands simultaneously
- Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and responsibility
- DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred
