Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. i2c Inc. is a global provider of highly configurable banking and payment solutions, and they are seeking a Head of LATAM Region Sales to build, scale, and lead their LATAM business. This role involves strategic leadership, sales execution, and market representation to expand i2c's footprint across the region.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the LATAM regional sales strategy aligned with i2c’s overall growth objectives
- Drive revenue across i2c’s full product suite, including credit, debit, prepaid, payment hub, and digital banking platforms
- Translate global go-to-market initiatives into regionally relevant sales execution plans
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing LATAM sales organization
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and consistent overachievement
- Establish clear performance metrics, coaching cadence, and succession planning
- Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-growth opportunities across LATAM
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with banks, fintechs, processors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Represent i2c as a trusted advisor and executive leader in the regional market
- Own end-to-end pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance across the region
- Support pricing strategy and deal structuring at the client and portfolio levels in alignment with enterprise objectives
- Ensure predictable execution from lead generation through contract close
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and KPIs to improve efficiency and visibility
- Partner closely with Client Implementation and Operations to monitor sales-to-implementation KPIs and KRIs
- Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks impacting revenue realization
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Client Implementation, and Operations teams to ensure market alignment
- Surface customer and market feedback into product, roadmap, and go-to-market discussions
- Work closely with the CGO on regional strategy, messaging, and key client engagements
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency required (English and Spanish and/or Portuguese)
- 10–15 years of executive-level sales leadership experience in card payments, fintech, digital banking, and/or SaaS
- Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 or equivalent institutions
- Proven experience leading and scaling sales organizations across the LATAM region
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and board-level discussions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
