Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate, detail‑oriented, and communicative individuals to serve as Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will act as an extended business office for our healthcare clients, guiding patients and their families through the intricacies of medical bills, answering questions, and helping them resolve outstanding balances. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position with a standard Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST). Key Responsibilities
