Responsibilities
- Hunting for new business and closing deals
- Grow new healthcare accounts through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- Recruit and place healthcare professionals, coordiante with facility staff
- Manage the full desk from business development to placement
- Daily travel locally (up to 50%) to build client relationships
Skills
- High-energy networking, sales and recruiting professional
- Strong healthcare connections
- Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, B2B sales, medical sales, or recruiting
- Ability to hunt for new business and close deals
