They are seeking a senior Healthcare Business Strategy Advisor to join their Medical Advisory Board, responsible for guiding the strategic growth and operational expansion of their next-generation treatment platform.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic guidance on ATCA’s business model, growth priorities, and long-term strategic roadmap
• Advise on optimizing clinic-level economics, pricing strategy, payer mix, and cost structures to support scalable growth
• Support decision-making related to geographic expansion, market entry sequencing, and clinic rollout planning
• Provide insight into competitive dynamics, market differentiation, and positioning of ATCA’s AI-driven precision medicine model
• Advise on strategies related to payer contracting, Medicare and Medicare Advantage alignment, and referral ecosystem integration
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure strategic plans are executable within real-world healthcare environments
• Support the development of strategies that drive long-term enterprise value, operational resilience, and mission alignment
Skills
• Experience as a senior healthcare executive, strategist, or operator
• Proven track record in leading business strategy, growth initiatives, or enterprise planning within healthcare services organizations
• Experience with provider networks or health technology-enabled care models
• Ability to provide strategic guidance on business models and growth priorities
• Expertise in optimizing clinic-level economics, pricing strategy, payer mix, and cost structures
• Knowledge of market expansion strategies and geographic expansion decision-making
• Insight into competitive dynamics and market differentiation
• Experience with payer contracting and Medicare alignment
• Ability to collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology leaders
• Experience in developing strategies for long-term enterprise value and operational resilience
