Cyber Sphere is seeking a Project Manager with strong healthcare experience and expert-level MS Excel skills to support quality, compliance, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage complex healthcare projects while producing high-quality analytical deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare quality and compliance projects across cross‑functional teams
- Support NCQA and HEDIS‑related activities, documentation, timelines, and reporting
- Build and maintain advanced Excel‑based dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools
- Perform data analysis using complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA
- Develop project plans, risk logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Drive meetings, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within payer or provider environments
Skills
- 7–10+ years of project management experience in healthcare, payer, or quality programs
- Strong understanding of NCQA and HEDIS quality frameworks
- MS Excel Expert with advanced proficiency in: Complex formulas, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros/VBA, Dashboard/report creation
- Experience working with quality, care management, or compliance teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
