They are seeking an HR Fresher / HR Recruiter / HR Executive / HR Intern to participate in the design, development, and implementation of HR processes, including candidate interviews and collaboration with department managers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Collaborating with department managers to identity future hiring needs
- Female candidates (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Self - motivated, punctual, and well organized
- Good working knowledge of computer systems
Skills
- Experience: 0-2 yrs
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
- Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use
- Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly
- Ability to develop detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement them
- Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given
- Ability to listen actively, critically analyze
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs

- Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].
