Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InfoSight is a global leader in the design and manufacture of industrial marking systems, specialty printers, and tags. The Industrial Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving printer and tag revenue growth within an assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within steel/aluminum mills, steel fabrication, petrochemical, energy, asset identification, and utilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consultative selling
- Conduct plant visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build relationships with operations, maintenance, purchasing, engineering and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, operations, and customer support teams
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM records
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and customer agreements
- Represent company at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations
Skills
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with a wide variety of personalities and customer types
- Experience working with plant/operations managers, technical end users, purchasing departments, business owners, and corporate decision-makers
- Willingness and ability to travel (50% – 75%) throughout the assigned territory to engage directly with customers
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work remotely and effectively conduct virtual meetings/demonstrations to advance prospects and close business
- Strong aptitude for understanding and communicating technical products and applications
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed
- Comfortable working in a base salary plus commission compensation structure
- Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling within industrial environments
- Existing relationships within the assigned territory
