Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming calls from residential customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers in placing orders for waste collection services, including scheduling pickups, arranging special services, and updating account information.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding service offerings, pricing, and promotions, ensuring that customers are well-informed and engaged.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Utilize company systems and databases to enter and maintain customer information accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
