As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premise solutions. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining our systems, ensuring high availability, and providing top-notch support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including server, storage, and network systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve complex issues
- Provide expert-level support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, including diagrams, manuals, and knowledge base articles
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including experience with cloud and on-premise solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server, storage, and network systems
- Experience with IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of IT security, including security frameworks, compliance, and risk management
- Experience with IT project management, including Agile methodologies and project planning tools
- Certifications in IT infrastructure, including CompTIA, Cisco, or VMware
