A respected California law firm is seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing practice group. This is a standout opportunity for an attorney who thrives on complex employment litigation, values flexibility, and wants to work with a supportive, inclusive team.
About the Role
You’ll handle a wide range of employment litigation matters, including:
• Single-plaintiff cases
• Wage and hour and PAGA disputes
• Class action defense (experience a plus, but not required)
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining access to the firm’s offices across California.
Qualifications
• J.D. and active California Bar membership
• Minimum 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with PAGA and wage and hour litigation preferred
• Collaborative, professional, and motivated to deliver excellent client service
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $140,000 — $220,000 annual performance-based bonus
⚖️ Billable Requirement: 1,850 hours
Hybrid/Remote Flexibility: Work remotely with an annual telecommute budget
