Key Responsibilities
• Provide remote therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based programs, including assessments and interventions to address mental health challenges.
• Closely monitor participant progress and document treatment plans, session notes, and follow-up communications to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate as an integral member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing resources and ensuring necessary consent and authorization forms are collected.
• Identify high-risk participants and respond to safety concerns in accordance with established company protocols, ensuring a secure and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in regular meetings with clinical supervisors, monthly team huddles, and Town Halls to foster open communication and ongoing professional development.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, consistently completing required annual training to ensure compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our counselors work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Your role is crucial in helping clients build coping strategies and healthier habits, ultimately enhancing their quality of life. By utilizing structured, evidence-based protocols, you will empower clients to achieve their goals and navigate challenges effectively.
Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule for clients, approximately 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Preferred Experience
• Clinical expertise in psychotherapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
