Radian Generation is a global provider of critical technology-forward services designed specifically to support the comprehensive lifecycle of renewable facilities. They are seeking a Manager II for Compliance & Risk Operations to manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects and oversee the workflow for the Compliance Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance activities for NERC registered projects
- Track and complete regulatory filings for NERC registered projects
- Work with NERC Implementation team during construction phase of projects to complete project registration with applicable entities
- Lead meetings with various stakeholders, including clients, EPC contractors, engineering teams, and more
- Manage workflow for Compliance Analyst
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations roles
- 3+ years' work experience in NERC Compliance
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 4+ years actively managing/supporting a Generator Owner and/or Generator Operator compliance program
- Technical knowledge of power systems operations and NERC Reliability Standards
- NERC Operator Certification strongly preferred
- Additional knowledge of ERCOT, CAISO, and other ISO/RTO markets, State Public Utilities Commissions, and IA/PAA operational requirements desirable
