About This Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have:
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on supply chain management and quality assurance
• Experience working with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), contract manufacturers, and component suppliers
• Strong knowledge of ASIC DFT and ATE test processes, as well as post-silicon validation
• Proficiency in SQL queries and scripting in Python or Perl
Responsibilities:
• Lead reviews among Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to drive expectations for implementing Design for Excellence (DFX) and test strategy
• Ensure plant readiness, support manufacturing line ramp, provide product investigate training, and gather feedback on form issues
• Work with the Product team to identify risks and develop mitigation plans
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish product quality and reliability targets
