Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mänresa Cookware is a small, founder-led team that makes kitchenware from earth-derived materials. They are seeking a Marketing and Content Manager to creatively drive the Mänresa brand through content creation across various channels, while also supporting B2B sales efforts and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build the Mänresa voice across every channel - direct and rooted in craft and material honesty
- Create content end-to-end: shoot photo/video of product, kitchens, and process; write captions, blog posts, and product copy; design graphics
- Publish and manage our soon to be updated Webflow site (CMS updates, blog, product pages) and all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, others as relevant)
- Drive B2B sales support: build one-pagers, line sheets, and pitch materials our sales rep can use in corporate gifting conversations
- Grow our audience and track what content moves people from scroll to purchase to repeat customer
- Think like an owner: you’ll have real input into brand direction, not just execution of someone else’s plan
Skills
- A portfolio of content you personally created, not just strategy decks or campaigns you oversaw
- Working knowledge of Webflow CMS (editing/publishing - not full custom dev)
- Strong eye for photo/video, especially in lifestyle, food, or craft/maker categories
- Writing chops - you can switch between a punchy Instagram caption and a clean sales one-pager
- Experience at a small brand or startup where you wore multiple hats (preferred over big-company, single-channel marketing experience)
- Interest in cooking, craft, or natural materials (it'll show in the work)
- Basic paid social or email marketing experience
- Photography/videography equipment of your own
