Key Responsibilities
- Provides individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Performs case management and treatment planning, maintains accurate and up-to-date files, and writes reports as needed.
- Develops and implements treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Participates in required weekly supervision meetings with a designated supervisor to ensure best practices and receive support.
- Engages in treatment consults and in-service training programs to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry developments.
- Demonstrates attitudes and behaviors that reflect respect, integrity, and honesty in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Participates in outreach activities to promote services and build relationships with other agencies and community groups.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including staying organized and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- LMSW license eligible in the state of Illinois or willingness to apply for reciprocity immediately.
