- Navigate members through insurance forms, helping them understand coverage options, eligibility criteria, and claim processes.
- Collaborate with medical carriers, pharmacies, and service‑provider billing departments to resolve complex member issues.
- Become an expert on careerzynith’s core products and supplemental programs such as Durable Medical Equipment, AltCare Plus, Infertility support, and the claims workflow.
