Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seso Inc. is a company focused on modernizing the agricultural workforce management through technology. They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive customer acquisition by leveraging existing agricultural relationships and managing sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing agricultural relationships to open doors and build a strong pipeline within your Mid-Market territory
- Prospect into named accounts and run multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through signed contract
- Use structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC) to execute deal strategy with rigor
- Develop a deep understanding of H-2A, farm labor, and ag workforce dynamics to position Seso's platform effectively
- Sell and manage relationships with owners, C-level executives, and key stakeholders across HR, finance, and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team
- Position and expand Seso's solutions within existing customer accounts
- Manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately in Salesforce
Skills
- Industry relationships (non-negotiable): You must have existing ties to the agricultural community: growers, FLCs, ag associations, H-2A agents or competitors, farm bureaus, or adjacent service providers like ag insurance or equipment sales. We want someone who brings relationships to Seso, not just someone willing to learn the space
- Sales chops: Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consultative cycle. Experience in payroll, HRIS, or workforce management software is strongly preferred, though it's secondary to ag industry depth
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Spanish fluency: Highly preferred. Not required
- Location: Southeast preferred (FL, GA, TX, or the Carolinas). Open to candidates with demonstrated willingness to travel the Georgia territory extensively
