The Motion & Graphic Design Intern role focuses on creating visual and motion-based content that supports the company's brand and product communications.
Responsibilities
- Designing motion graphics for product demos, marketing campaigns, and social media
- Creating static graphics for presentations, web content, and digital assets
- Assisting with storyboarding, visual concept development, and video production workflows
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visual consistency and clarity
- Adapting existing assets for multiple channels
- Organizing design files
- Iterating on feedback to deliver polished, on-brand visuals
Skills
- Interest in AI, technology, or real estate industries and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup setting
- Previous internship or work experience at a SaaS, technology, startup, AI, or software company
- Experience creating product demo videos for software applications
- Experience creating feature launch videos
- Experience producing marketing videos for technology products
- Experience creating UI animations
- Experience working from Figma designs
- Experience creating Lottie animations
- Experience with Rive
- Familiarity with modern AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience editing short-form content optimized for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Understanding of SaaS product marketing and user onboarding
- Familiarity with startup environments and rapid iteration
- Ability to create and refine Motion Design and Motion Graphics assets for digital and video projects
- Strong skills in Graphics and visual design for marketing, product, and brand materials
- Basic to intermediate experience in Video Production, including editing and asset preparation
- Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual sequences
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Media Arts, or a related field
