Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs, training tools, and exercises for the Mourning and Loss Consultant course
- Provide support and guidance to students, reviewing and correcting homework, and offering feedback and encouragement
- Design and adjust training programs, tools, modules, and plans to meet the needs of students
- Conduct evaluations of exercises, practice, and exams to assess student progress
- Transfer knowledge and technical skills to students, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their chosen field
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of self-employed experience in mourning and loss consulting or a related field
- Pedagogical skills and experience in teaching or training
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing, and helpful approach
- Stable internet connection, working PC, and up-to-date Microsoft Office
