Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Noblewood Group is a global distributor of super-premium spirits, including Beluga Vodka. They are seeking an Off-Premise Account Manager to drive growth in off-premise accounts, focusing on building relationships, managing distribution, and ensuring brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Identify, open, and develop high-potential off-premise accounts, including liquor stores and grocery stores. Secure brand placements and win premium shelf space and displays
- Deliver commercial and financial goals by driving distribution gains, display execution, and volume growth across your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers at independent and larger retail accounts
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, including new listings, distribution points, and display execution
- Track activities and submit reports in the company CRM, including KPI progress, account visits, promotions, competitor activity, and special projects
- Ensure prominent shelf positioning, endcaps, floor displays, and effective implementation of POS materials to maximize Beluga Vodka’s presence
- Partner with retail staff to plan and execute promotions, tastings, and consumer engagement events that drive sales and brand awareness
- Train retail staff on Beluga Vodka’s brand values, product details, and selling points to strengthen advocacy and ensure consistent execution
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in spirits/wine/beer sales within the Off-Premise channel
- Strong knowledge of retail landscape, including liquor stores and grocery stores
- Proven track record of opening new retail accounts and growing distribution in a competitive market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple priorities and schedules
- Comfortable with fieldwork (80–90% of time spent in-market)
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for daily travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Karma&VIP systems
- Experience working with luxury or premium spirits brands is a strong plus
