About the Role Our client, a leading technology firm specializing in cloud-based solutions, is seeking a talented Remote Operations Data Analyst to join their distributed global operations team. You will work closely with operations managers and other stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and process large volumes of operational data from various sources. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to operations management and other stakeholders. Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in data collection and reporting processes. Perform ad-hoc data analysis as required to support strategic initiatives and problem-solving. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly. Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
