Orbien LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business process improvement initiatives for their Accounting/Finance Department. This role involves overseeing Cloud-based ERP system implementation and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction and supervision of the Controller or the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives for the Accounting/Finance Department, consistent with the goals set forth by the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, health administration, or related field
- 5-10 years of health care operations/administration experience with supervision/financial management/project management
- 5-10 years of cloud-based ERP system implementation, deployment, and data migration in a health care environment
- Experience in business process improvements and deployment
- Must be a customer-centric team player
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and use good judgement in stressful situations
- Skilled facilitator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to bring broad perspective on health and social issues and to bridge these issues on a day-to-day operational business
