The Oracle Functional Consultant Receivable and Collections will analyze business requirements and provide support for Oracle Advanced Collections, ensuring effective business transformation through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems
- Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT)
- Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections
- HS Diploma/GED
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar
