As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will partner with executive leaders to connect strategy with technology, demonstrating how NetSuite can simplify operations and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled business transformation strategies
- Lead consultative discovery focused on business outcomes before technology
- Deliver compelling demonstrations that connect finance, revenue operations, planning, customer success, analytics, and AI into a unified business story
- Develop deep expertise across Software, SaaS, and Technology industries and become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices
- Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences
- Mentor Solution Consultants and share industry expertise across the organization
Skills
- 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Software Operations, or related experience
- Experience supporting Software, SaaS, Technology, or adjacent industries
- Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, CRM, Planning, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies with the ability to connect innovation to measurable business value
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
