The Field Energy Specialist will meet with homeowners to present customized solar and battery solutions while building long-term relationships and generating referrals.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their energy needs
- Present customized solar and battery solutions
- Educate customers on energy savings, financing options, tax incentives, and return on investment
- Guide customers through a consultative sales process from initial meeting to close
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM
- Represent Victory Energy professionally within the community
- Generate additional business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and self-generated opportunities
Skills
- Candidates must currently reside in one of the specified markets: Virginia (Richmond, Charlottesville, Lynchburg, Northern Virginia), Colorado (Denver), Florida (Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota)
- Local travel within assigned territory is required
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and excellent time management
- Confidence presenting solutions in customers' homes
- Experience using CRM software and mobile technology
- Experience in solar
