They are seeking freelance Growth Marketing Consultants to support high-growth clients by scaling paid acquisition channels and developing growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more)
- Develop and execute growth strategies across the full funnel, from acquisition to retention
- Optimize campaigns for performance, including CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging channels
- Partner with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Analyze performance data and continuously iterate based on insights
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to align on growth goals
- Support experimentation frameworks and testing roadmaps
Skills
- Strong experience in growth marketing, particularly in early-stage or startup environments
- Proven track record of scaling paid channels and driving measurable growth
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing performance across multiple platforms
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
