Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and skilled Paraprofessional to provide direct, hands‑on support to students in a general‑education classroom setting. Key Responsibilities

- Material Preparation & Distribution: Prepare lesson resources, bulletin‑board displays, adaptive equipment, and handouts; distribute textbooks, workbooks, and testing materials, and collect completed assignments.
- Student Supervision & Safety: Monitor student behavior in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, gyms, and on field trips; enforce school policies and maintain a secure learning environment.
- Adaptive Equipment Utilization: Operate and assist with communication devices, wheelchairs, adaptive feeding tools, and other assistive technologies that promote independence.
- Behavioral Intervention: Implement positive reinforcement strategies, behavior modification techniques, and social‑skills instruction to teach acceptable conduct and self‑regulation.
