Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, remote care to participants through our 8-week evidence-based program, utilizing your expertise in psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches.
- Monitor participant progress, provide follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations, and document session notes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate as a member of our care team, collaborating with coaches and clinical supervisors to ensure comprehensive support for participants.
- Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following company protocols to ensure participant safety and well-being.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and participating in annual training requirements.
- Engage in regularly scheduled meetings with supervisors, monthly team meetings, and Town Halls to stay informed and aligned with our mission and goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule for a minimum of 10 hours per week, within the hours of 9am-8pm local time.
- Strong clinical skills, with experience conducting psychotherapy and utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and collaborate with colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in obtaining licensure in other states, to expand your reach and impact.
- Clinical experience working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health concerns.

What We Offer
As a Remote Part Time 1099 Therapist with AbleTo, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $40-$60 per session hour, dependent on your state of residence. You'll also have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the United States, with the autonomy to choose your schedule and work at times that suit your needs.
