Responsibilities
- Preparation and prosecution of patents for domestic and foreign clients
- Supporting practice needs in other related areas such as patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate opinions
- Portfolio strategy and management
- Due diligence
- Patent Trial and Appeal Board issues
Skills
- Minimum BS Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related
- Must have solid understanding of complex AI/ML
- Must have at least 1 year of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
- Demonstrated for producing high-quality patents relating to complex related technologies
- Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
- State bar and USPTO bar
