Twilio is a leading company in the communications sector, and they are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager for their Trust Hub product team. The role involves owning various Trust Hub products, aiming to create streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive planning, design, development, and launch of products that execute on the vision
- Deeply understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and use stories
- Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, constantly analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure success
- Manage relationships and expectations with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Mentor junior PMs on product management best practices and support their professional development
- Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
- Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience
- Experience working with telecommunications or other regulated ecosystems
