Novogene America is seeking a driven and technically grounded Regional Product Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of their DNA sequencing product line across the Americas. This role involves accountability for regional revenue and business growth, while serving as a bridge between the global product team and local sales functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product management of DNA sequencing products (short-read and long-read) across the Americas
- Localize and execute HQ product strategies: GTM planning, promotional campaigns, pricing adaptation, and sales enablement
- Take full accountability for regional revenue, gross margin, and incremental business growth for assigned product lines
- Conduct monthly business reviews to identify revenue and margin gaps, and develop localized growth strategies to close them
- Drive quarterly and annual target achievement with a clear, data-driven operating cadence
- Drive regional GTM launches, product promotions, gap remediation, and new product introductions using DACI and LTC frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and manufacturing to ensure closed-loop execution
- Prioritize high-margin product mix optimization, existing gap recovery, and incremental revenue from new product introductions
- Lead regional product operations with a core focus on business growth and gross margin improvement
Skills
- Master's degree or above required
- Proven experience in product management, technical marketing, or product operations within the NGS sequencing industry
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and business review capabilities
- Commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership over revenue, margin, and growth metrics
- Comfortable working across time zones with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
- Fields such as Biology, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or Biotechnology preferred
- Prior experience supporting regional or international business operations is a strong plus
- Candidates with experience in a similar regional PM role are highly preferred
- Bilingual (English + Mandarin) is a plus
