The Program Manager will oversee implementation plans, ensuring project objectives are met through effective stakeholder engagement and data management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire life-cycle of implementation plans, from initial readiness assessments to long-term sustainability. This role serves as a central liaison between leadership and implementation sites, ensuring project objectives are achieved through rigorous tracking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements
- Project Oversight & Implementation: Supports execution, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development
- Stakeholder Coordination: Manages communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks
- Financial & Data Management: Manages and tracks project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes
Skills
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management
- Ability to interpret data dashboards and translate them into actionable feedback
