ECCO Select is seeking high-caliber Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and Senior Project Managers to support a large-scale PMO hiring initiative. These roles are focused on client-facing delivery leadership, project and program governance, stakeholder management, and long-term relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing projects, programs, or portfolios from initiation through delivery
- Establish and maintain project governance, delivery standards, and best practices
- Create, manage, and maintain key project artifacts, plans, timelines, risks, issues, and status reporting
- Drive accountability for project and program outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal partners
- Communicate effectively with executives and senior stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, executive readouts, project kickoffs, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage difficult conversations professionally
- Understand client business objectives and align delivery efforts to measurable outcomes
- Partner with sales and account teams to identify potential growth opportunities within existing client environments
- Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions
- Support repeatable delivery processes and continuous improvement across the PMO
Skills
- Prior consulting experience or strong client-facing delivery experience
- Experience managing client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
- Proven ability to lead projects, programs, or portfolios in complex environments
