Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iConsultera is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Manage project resources and ensure efficient allocation of tasks
- Track project performance using KPIs and prepare progress reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices
- Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Experience managing IT, software development, SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise projects
- Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Experience working with distributed or global teams
- Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies
