They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery aligns with customer objectives and managing project risks and communications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from project kick-off through to customer handover
- Define project scope, estimates, timelines, and delivery plans in collaboration with internal teams
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project governance, status reporting, stakeholder updates, and project communications
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, scope changes, and delivery challenges
- Manage change control processes and ensure project scope remains aligned with customer contracts
- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, revenue forecasts, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy
- Review revenue recognition, invoicing, payment cycles, and cash flow reports to ensure alignment with project expectations
- Validate invoices, support accounts receivable processes, and help resolve billing disputes where required
- Lead and guide project teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and delivery focus
- Build strong customer relationships and support positive, referenceable project outcomes
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Approve project-related time and expenses
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with internal policies, methodologies, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to PMO process improvements and internal initiatives
- Carry out other duties as assigned

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally within ERP implementation or enterprise software delivery
- Strong understanding of project financials, including fixed fee and time & materials models
- Experience managing revenue forecasts, project profitability, invoicing, and revenue recognition
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and confidently in an unstructured environment
- Experience managing customer expectations, delivery commitments, and project risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Business-level English proficiency, both written and verbal
- PMP certification
- Experience in the packaging, print, or manufacturing industry
- Fluency in additional languages
