The Public Records - Source Analyst is responsible for the acquisition, growth, and maintenance of data sources that support products and services for the Enterprise, ensuring they meet quality standards and provide accurate feedback related to evaluation and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes
- Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage
- Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment
- Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies
- Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control
- Interact with team-members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for all data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department
- Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that don’t conform to specified standards
- Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
- Prior documentation and research experience
- Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required
- Proper verbal communication skills are required
- Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Training experience a plus
- Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus
