Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sparks Wiz Limited is a leading technology consulting firm, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and manage candidate information
- Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment process
- Preforms E-Verify processes for I-9 forms and reviews documents for validity
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Passion for finding the best talent and building a strong team
