RFgen Software is a global leader in mobile barcoding and supply chain solutions, trusted by large enterprise customers around the world. They are seeking an experienced part-time full-lifecycle Recruiter to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across their growing software company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, cultural alignment, and organizational fit
- Extend offers and assist with salary negotiations in collaboration with leadership
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to leadership
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and hiring practices
Skills
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, and other technology roles
- Experience recruiting for business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Experience recruiting in a startup or small, fast-growing software company
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience supporting remote and hybrid hiring
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
