Skills
- Proven experience sourcing and screening for technical, engineering, or aerospace positions
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Access to sourcing platforms or databases is a plus
