The role involves full-cycle recruiting for merchandising functions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, supporting a direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer.
Responsibilities
- Experience recruiting merchandising, buying, planning, category management, or retail leadership roles
- Background supporting consumer, retail, eCommerce, fashion, home goods, or DTC organizations
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and proactive outreach
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Recruiting for high-growth startups or scaling retail brands
- Hiring across merchandising, sourcing, product development, inventory planning, and supply chain
- You'll own full-cycle recruiting for merchandising functions while helping scale a rapidly growing organization
