Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Military Spouse Jobs is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support their partner company, Premise Health. The role involves managing the applicant tracking system, facilitating candidate recruitment, and collaborating with recruiters to identify and onboard potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to Recruiter
- Sources, reviews resume, interviews, candidate selection, applicant tracking system, extends offers, and passes to onboarding
- Extracts, analyzes, and presents information to support eHS hiring managers in their decision-making. Post open positions within the ATS and post to external sources
- Enters new hires into system and track for portal activation
- Updates ATS with activation status for new hires
- May require other tasks as assigned
- Possible travel required
Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Recruiting/Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes including employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, use of sourcing technologies (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership
- Strong ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Professional and niche Staffing agency experience in healthcare a plus
- Proven record of successful recruiting on a national, multi-location level preferred
