Local Infusion is the fastest growing infusion provider in the United States, with a mission to transform the specialty infusion industry. The Regional Vice President of Operations will lead the operational, clinical, and financial success of all infusion centers within their region, driving process excellence and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance patient outcomes and regional growth.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, manage, and hold accountable Senior Regional Practice Managers and Regional Practice Managers within your region; ensure leadership continuity through effective succession planning and talent development
- Ensure core processes are followed; implement and standardize improvements where appropriate
- Manage clinical and non-clinical staffing levels across the region to meet business and patient needs
- Address escalated patient and referring provider concerns and feedback across region
- Support regional growth through developing high-value strategic relationships with top referring providers, regional payers, and other key partners
- Drive profitability improvements through de novo site identification, M&A integration, and other strategic projects
- Ensure a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across region
Skills
- Experience in leading operational, clinical, and financial success in a healthcare setting
- Proven track record in managing and developing teams, particularly in a regional or multi-site capacity
- Strong understanding of infusion services and the specialty healthcare industry
- Ability to drive process excellence and implement standardized improvements
- Experience in managing clinical and non-clinical staffing levels to meet business and patient needs
- Strong interpersonal skills to address escalated patient and provider concerns
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with referring providers and regional payers
- Experience in driving profitability improvements through strategic projects
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
- Willingness to travel regularly to infusion centers within the region
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions integration
- Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare technology
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment
