Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SatisFacts and ApartmentRatings is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for their Northeast territory. The role involves setting sales strategies to grow an existing client base and expand through new customer acquisition, while leveraging industry knowledge and a strong network.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Meet or exceed agreed upon revenue targets for personally assigned territory through combination of renewal and new business sales
- Expected to renew existing book of business in assigned territory at a rate of 85% or higher annually
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and establishing sales objectives, relying on an ever evolving understanding of assigned territory
- Improve sales volume and product mix by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education
- Develop plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Provide periodic report of field sales success and communicate results to superiors
- Provide customer service support and conflict resolution for escalated matters brought about by customers
Skills
- Three or more years of multifamily vendor sales experience in managing sales in a corporate setting
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
