Employvision Inc. is an industry-leading provider of mission-critical communications, technology, and security solutions seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to lead a multi-state region. This executive leadership role focuses on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across multiple branch locations.
Responsibilities
- Own full regional P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability
- Develop and execute annual operating plans aligned with business objectives
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve revenue, margins, and operational efficiency
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews
- Drive new customer acquisition, account growth, and market expansion
- Lead strategic sales initiatives across multiple product and service offerings
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Coach and develop sales leaders to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Ensure accurate forecasting and healthy sales pipeline management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple branch locations
- Improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, inventory management, order fulfillment, and project delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams across sales, operations, and service functions
- Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planning
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, workforce planning, and talent development
- Strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness
- Resolve escalated customer issues while maintaining long-term partnerships
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements where needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing both sales and operations
- 5+ years of regional, district, or multi-site P&L ownership
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management
- Experience developing high-performing sales and operational teams
- Executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar system
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
- Experience within telecommunications, wireless communications, technology, security, systems integration, industrial distribution, or related industries
- Background in channel or distribution sales models
- Experience working in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations
- Familiarity with project delivery, service operations, and field service organizations
- MBA or other advanced degree
