In this fully remote position, you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences and coordinate personalized experiences, providing exceptional customer support throughout the planning process.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives
- Research accommodations, transportation, destinations, and experience options
- Prepare customized recommendations based on each client's requests
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, schedules, and related documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and monitor important deadlines
- Stay informed about supplier updates, promotions, and service offerings
- Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and exceptional service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
